Topical Antifungals with Corticosteroids

Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities on new and alternative active pharmaceutical ingredient.
Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and continuous improvement for the company.
Plan, monitor, and coordinate with various inter-departments to execute the production planning as approved.
Monitor and coordinate delivery and ensure readiness of raw material in line with the production plan.
Communicate with inter-departments and suppliers on any quality issues, product replacements, product specifications, and requirements.
Well-versed in the analysis of spend data and cost models for continuous improvement.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, best prices, and ensure all the criteria are met according to organizational and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate strategic sourcing and pricing strategy to maximize company profit.

A professional Degree in Pharmacy, with 2-3 years of procurement-related experience.
Preferred Registered Pharmacist.
Experience in sourcing both pharmaceuticals and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals-related quality systems such as GDP and GMP.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
