Qualification / Requirements:

Operate and monitor steam boilers and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe steam supply for production and utilities.
Perform daily checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate logbooks, temperature and pressure records, and ensure operations are in compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) regulations and company SOPs.
Qualification / Requirements:
Possess a Certificate of Proficiency from the DOSH.
Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in boiler house maintenance, operation and monitoring, with compliance with Health and Safety procedures as required by DOSH.
Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or respond to emergencies when required.
Conduct chemical, physical, or microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using laboratory instruments.
Accurately document test results, maintain laboratory records, and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory standards.
Perform routine calibration and maintenance of lab instruments, ensure cleanliness and order in the lab environment, and follow all safety protocols and SOPs.
Qualification / Requirements:
A Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
1-2 years working experience, preferably in the laboratory, pharmaceutical industry, R&D department.
Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure machines operate within validated parameters.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards by following SOPs, completing logbooks and batch records accurately, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
Qualification / Requirements:
A diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, Machinery or other equivalent background.
Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience preferably in handling machinery.

Lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems to support manufacturing operations, including modules like inventory, production, procurement, and finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyse existing processes, and propose ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and data flow.
Develop and customise applications or ERP modules using programming languages to meet business requirements.
Design, manage, and optimise database systems to ensure data integrity, security, and performance across ERP platforms.

Qualification / Requirements:

Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, including raw materials, in-process, and finished product testing using analytical techniques under Quality Control division.

Qualification / Requirements:
A Degree in Pharmacy from a registered institution with the Pharmacy Board of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
Obtained PRP registration number. Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety regulations, and company SOPs; maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Collaborate with Production, QA, OSH, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, investigate equipment failures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.
Qualification / Requirements:
A Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering qualifications.
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in equipment/machine maintenance, preferably in the Mechanical section, with a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of GMP, safety standards (e.g. OSHA), and preventive maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS).
Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers to local and international authorities to obtain and maintain product registrations in compliance with relevant guidelines.
Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements, guidelines, and legislation, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
Manage variations, renewals, and post-approval changes, ensuring timely submissions and approvals for continuous product availability.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., R&D, QA, Marketing, Supply Chain) and external regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and support for regulatory objectives.
Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, databases, and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Qualification / Requirements:
A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Good understanding of local and international regulatory guidelines (e.g., NPRA). Familiar with product registration processes, variations, and regulatory submissions.
Handling customer service inquiries via phone and email to ensure prompt and professional support
Developing content for both internal and external communications such as newsletters, press releases, speeches, and marketing materials, while coordinating with internal departments for necessary input
Planning and executing corporate events, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent corporate image
Building and maintaining relationships with media, identifying new media opportunities, and monitoring press coverage
Content management for the corporate website and supports the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties and projects as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time
